The Fire Plant Shipping Policy

Attention International Customers:Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to your order.  

 

       Shipping Time
We work diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within **1-2 weeks**, though in rare cases, it may take up to **3 weeks**. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:  
- **Domestic Ireland Orders: Delivered within 5-8 business days.  
- **International Orders: Delivery times vary but typically take 1-4 weeks.  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a **shipping confirmation email** with a tracking number. For real-time updates on your order’s status after it has been shipped.

    Incorrect Shipping Information 
We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping information at checkout. The Fire Plant cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery or non-delivery due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package. We cannot issue refunds or provide free replacements for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If you need to update your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us immediately at **thefireplant@gmail.com** so we can make changes before the package is shipped.  

   Lost Orders 
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbours, as packages may sometimes be delivered to the wrong address or arrive 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. 

   Delayed Orders

The product may take 8 to 15 working days to arrive, sometimes due to transportation delays or technical issues.
